It has a constructed floor area of 35,423.62 square meters and strategically located at Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City, Philippines. Services rendered included Architectural Design Consultancy. The project construction cost was US $22.6M and on its Contract Document Phase in year 2016.

ARC TOWERS, CEBU CITY, PHILIPPINES

This twenty two (22)-storey mixed use development is owned by ABC PRIME, Inc. It has construction floor area of 50,000 square meters. Services rendered included Architectural and Engineering Design Consultancy and is on going construction in year 2024. Also, rendered at Building Information Modelling (BIM). The project construction cost was US $ 45M.

AEON BLEU, DAVAO CITY PHILIPPINES

International Modern Contemporary Inspired Design Mixed Use Development is owned by Aeon Luxe Philippines, Mr. Ian Cruz, as CEO/President. It has a lot area of 16,694 square meters and a construction floor area of 101,447.00 Square meters. Services rendered includes Architectural Design Consultancy in 2018. Project construction cost was US $ 115M.
