Owned by the City Government of Bais, the development covers 10,000 square meters and is bounded by four streets, with site planning that thoughtfully integrates pedestrian and vehicular circulation to ensure accessibility and efficiency. Service rendered included Architectural and Engineering Design Consultancy Services. The project construction cost was US $6.7M and it was completed in year 2011.

This mixed use retail commercial development is owned by Southeast Asian Commodities Food Exchange, Incorporated. It is located at Balagtas, Bulacan, Philippines. The project constructed area of 42,545.92 square meters. Building design to accommodate wholesale and retail wet, semi wet and dry goods. Also accommodates shops, banks, entertainment and events venue. Service rendered included Architectural Design Consultancy. The project construction cost was US $ 28.6M and Contract Documentation Design Phase completed in year 2013.

TWINS PLAZA ARCADE IN CITY OF MALOLOS, BULACAN, PHILIPPINES

This twenty three (23) door commercial strip, established in December 2001, occupies a 3,208‑square‑meter site and was developed with complete basic amenities to ensure convenience and reliability. The property features a dedicated parking area, generator set for emergency power backup, domestic water tank, individual electric meters, and security CCTV cameras. These facilities not only provide assurance to tenants but also create an inviting environment for guests, visitors, and customers of the various commercial establishments.
