DAVAO CITY WATER DISTRICT BUILDING, DAVAO CITY, PHILIPPINES

This project owned by Davao City Water District. It is located at J.P. Laurel Avenue, Matina, Davao City with a constructed floor area of 18,890 square meters. The building function as BPO system with 2.75 meters ceiling headroom, sufficient vertical traffic circulation uninterrupted power system including two backup generator set. The building also accommodates shops, banks and other commercial spaces. Services rendered included Architectural and Engineering Design Consultancy. The project construction cost was US $ 12.5 M and on its Construction Phase and on its substantial completion.

HEXAGON CORPORATE CENTER, QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES

This fourteen (14)-storey GREEN Building with a penthouse level was designed to meet the operational requirements of the KPO and BPO industry, providing flexible, high efficiency workspace environments. With a total construction floor area of around 28,700 square meters, the development was planned and executed to achieve high standards of sustainability and green architecture. The project earned recognition at the Quezon City Green Awards for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024, affirming its commitment to environmental performance. The building was completed in year 2017. The project construction cost was US $ 25M.

This project owned by Philam American Life and Insurance Corporation, Incorporated. It is located along the National Highway, Barangay Hilltop, Batangas, Philippines. Services rendered included Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Sanitary/Plumbing and Fire Protection Design Consultancy. The project construction cost was US $ 1.5M and was completed in year 2004.

PHILAMLIFE BUILDING CABANATUAN CITY, PHILIPPINES

This project is owned by Philam American Life and Insurance Corporation, Incorporated. It is located at Calle Del Pilar, Cabanatuan City, Philippines. Services rendered included Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Sanitary/Plumbing and Fire Protection Design Consultancy. The project construction cost was US $ 2M and it was completed in year 2004.

TOON CITY OFFICE BUILDING, MANDALUYONG CITY, PHILIPPINES

This project owned by MORPH Animation, Incorporated and it has a lot area of 432.82 square meters and constructed floor area of 5,586.47 square meters. It is located at Lot 2, Block 55, corner Cordillera and Steban Street, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. Services rendered included Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Sanitary/Plumbing and Fire Protection Design Consultancy. The project construction cost was US $ 4 M and on its Design Development Phase.

NAIC WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION BUILDING, NAIC CAVITE, PHILIPPINES

This project owned by MACROASIA Corporation and has constructed floor area of 1,355.23 square meters. The building functions as BPO offices. Services rendered included Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Sanitary/Plumbing and Fire Protection Design Consultancy. The project construction cost was US $ 878,000.00 and on its Bidding Phase.

BERTHAPHIL CLARK BUSINESS CENTRE, CLARKFIELD PHILIPPINES

This project owned by Berthaphil Incorporated. It has constructed floor area of 45,290 square meters. Services rendered included Architectural Design Consultancy services. The project construction cost was US $ 43M.

CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2), FOUR (4) STOREY BPO BUILDIING @ ZAMBO ECOZONE, ZAMBOANGA CITY, PHILIPPINES

This BPO complex building, developed for the Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone Authority, spans a total construction floor area of around 15,606.35 square meters of modern, purpose built space. Designed to serve as a high performance hub for business process outsourcing operations, the facility offers adaptable office environments that support efficiency, scalability, and the growing demands of the BPO industry. Service rendered included Architectural and Engineering Design Consultancy in year 2018. Project construction cost was US $ 5.1M.

This multi level office building complex is owned by the Philippine International Trading Corporation. The project has a construction floor area of 7,498.63 square meters.
